One night Warsaw, the next Kraków. That is roughly how this stretch of community meetups felt, and Kraków did not disappoint. Phillip Poynton headed south for the 6th meetup of the Salesforce User Group Kraków in February 2026, bringing a fresh update from Fundacja TeamCo & Friends on the Salesforce Ecosystem Survey Poland 2026.
A community with real leaders behind it
The Kraków group is led by Aneta Stanaszek and Piotr Dziedzic, MBA, and it shows. A user group is only as strong as the people who keep organising it; formally these groups sit inside the Trailblazer Community, but you only see their strength in the room.
A masterclass in handling data
The first agenda slot was a Data and System Tips Masterclass with Paweł Woźniak, a Senior Dev carrying 22 certifications. Yes, 22. He shared practical tips and tricks for handling data in Salesforce, the kind of hard-won advice you do not find in the docs. When someone with that much depth talks shop, you take notes.
Vibe Coding and a bit of AI
Then Szymon Pakuła, Senior Salesforce Developer at EPAM Systems, dived into the much-talked-about Vibe Coding trend. Vibe Coding is the emerging style of building software by describing what you want in natural language and letting AI tools generate and refine the code with you. It is fast, a little controversial, and yes, there was some AI talk - level-headed, not hype. The vendor develops that direction as the Salesforce AI platform.
The Report, and a giveaway
Phillip was there continuing our work on the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026, sharing a fresh update on the research and what comes next. You can follow it on the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland page and the study page. He also brought 2 Salesforce exam vouchers to give away, thanks to Jakub Chycki and Alexandra Klein. How many such groups exist in Poland shows on the map of the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland.
Jak było - how it went
Great networking, good vibes and free food, which as we joked is really all you need. Underneath the jokes, though, was a room of people who care about doing Salesforce well and about each other. That is the whole point of a user group.
