The Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2025 is live
The first ever Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland is now live - free for the whole community. 728 completed surveys, more than 3,500 downloads worldwide and hundreds of thousands of LinkedIn views. This isn't a report made at a desk - it's a picture of the market built by the community itself.
What's in the report
The 2025 Report is a comprehensive analysis of the Polish Salesforce ecosystem: role breakdowns, salary ranges by experience and certification, hiring trends, geographic distribution and specialists' development plans. Data collected from November 2024 to April 2025 - current and unprecedented for the Polish market.

What's next - the 2026 edition
Work on the second edition of the report is already under way. The 2026 survey goes even further: new questions on AI and Agentforce, neurodiversity, migration plans and detailed salary ranges by role and region. Results expected by the end of May 2026.
