We promised the Salesforce report for a specific day — the Agentforce World Tour in Warsaw. We didn't make it. Rather than dress it up, we said so plainly, because "No Bullsh!t" applies to us too, not just to the market we write about.
The reason is simple: building something genuinely valuable took more time than we thought. Finalizing the data. The design. A new website. Each of those is the kind of thing you either do properly or don't do at all. We would rather deliver something worth your time a little later than something unfinished right now.
This report is not our opinion about the market. It is the picture you created by answering. Hundreds of specialists put their real experience into it, and that raises the bar for us. When the community hands you its honest data, rushing the write-up to hit a calendar date would be the wrong kind of respect. How we collect that data is described on the study page.
The report stays free for the whole community, made possible by our partners and sponsors. That is deliberate. A study of the ecosystem should be available to the ecosystem — not locked behind a form or a fee. You can find the finished study on the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland page.
We aimed for mid-June 2026, and the report reached the community shortly after — a few weeks past the day of the Agentforce World Tour in Warsaw, the date we had originally measured ourselves against. If you were waiting, the delay bought a cleaner dataset, a better design and a home worth reading it on. That trade — a few weeks for a result that holds up — is one we would make again. The same study also shows the Polish Salesforce ecosystem is more spread out geographically than intuition suggests — more on that in the map of the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland.
Why was the Salesforce report delayed? Because finalizing the data, the design and the new website properly took longer than planned. We chose a complete report over a rushed one.
Did it cost anything in the end? No. The report is free for the entire community, thanks to our partners and sponsors.
Where can I read it now? On the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland page, where the finished edition lives.
Missing a self-imposed deadline is uncomfortable, but hiding it would be worse. Fundacja TeamCo & Friends chose to be straight about it and to protect the quality of what the community trusted it to build. If a project is grounded in your data, it deserves to be done right — and now it is.
