About the Foundation
Mission of the TeamCo & Friends Foundation in the Polish Salesforce ecosystem
Why we exist
The TeamCo & Friends Foundation was founded on a simple belief: the Polish Salesforce ecosystem is built by people, and people need reliable data, support and space to grow. Our mission is to run an independent survey of the Salesforce ecosystem and give the community of specialists in Poland what no global directory can — honest market knowledge, real salaries, mentoring and genuine relationships. We operate as a non-profit, and everything we create we share with the community free of charge.
How we work — No Bullsh!t
We do it in the spirit of 'No Bullsh!t': no corporate waffle, no dressing up the numbers, no sales spin. If the junior market is shrinking, we say so plainly. If half of specialists use AI but don't feel fully ready for it, we show that gap instead of sweeping it under the rug. We believe honesty builds trust faster than any campaign.
Who's behind it
The Foundation is led by a market practitioner — Phillip Poynton, who specialises in Salesforce recruitment in Poland and leads the Salesforce User Group (Lublin). This combination of day-to-day market work and community involvement has made the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026 one of the most frequently cited sources of data on this market in the country today.
