A two-speed market

About the survey
The report is based on an anonymous survey of Salesforce professionals in Poland, prepared by TeamCo & Friends in partnership with Webankieta, our partner since the very start of the report initiative. It's thanks to the Webankieta platform that we could guarantee participants full anonymity of their answers — an aspect absolutely essential for the survey's credibility and the community's trust. We know that this is the only way to gather honest, reliable and truthful data about the Polish Salesforce ecosystem. 904 professionals took part in the survey, 585 of whom completed the full survey that forms the basis of the report.
The 2026 survey edition was developed practically from scratch, primarily based on feedback from participants in the previous edition. We significantly shortened and simplified the survey, introduced dynamic question logic, updated the sections covering Salesforce products, and placed greater emphasis on AI and Agentforce development. We also added a new section on neurodiversity, to better understand the diversity of the people who make up the Polish Salesforce ecosystem.
The anonymous survey was published in December 2025 and remained open until the end of April 2026. During this time we actively promoted the survey at meetups, conferences and community events related to Salesforce, MuleSoft and Tableau across Poland — including at Polish Dreamin', the second-largest Salesforce community event in Europe — as well as through intensive online and social media activity. We travelled thousands of kilometres to be where the community is: presenting the initiative in person and encouraging Salesforce professionals to take part in the survey. The community's hospitality, engagement and support exceeded our expectations and were a huge motivation while putting this report together.
