Salesforce Superstar is an open initiative from TeamCo & Friends Foundation that supports Trailblazers looking for work in the Salesforce ecosystem. We showcase new talent — their skills, experience and career aspirations — and connect them directly with employers. Salesforce mentoring and coaching for new talent
Our Salesforce mentoring and coaching programme is our answer to the toughest moment in a career today — entering the ecosystem. With junior participation at just 5.85%, support from experienced practitioners matters more than ever. We pair people starting out with mentors from the market, help them prepare for certification, build a portfolio of projects, and find their footing in the realities of working with Salesforce in Poland. Salesforce mentoring the TeamCo & Friends way is concrete, not theory.
