A step toward international EMCC mentor accreditation
The programme gives you the foundational knowledge needed to pursue an international EMCC mentor accreditation. If, after completing it, you decide to develop further internationally and accredit in that direction, our trainers will gladly guide and advise you.

Craft, practice and support — in one programme
Real practice with a mentee. TeamCo & Friends will pair you with a junior or Salesforce enthusiast who needs real support — we recommend 6 one-to-one sessions, so you practise live, not in theory.
Craft from the ground up. The definition and ethics of mentoring, communication, goals, session and process structure — everything you need to run the process professionally.
Group and individual supervision. Your work will be reviewed with an experienced supervisor — at least one individual session per person is mandatory.
A small group of 8–12 people. Plenty of attention, room for questions and work in pairs and groups (Study Buddy).
Knowledge from the best. Trainers with the highest-level EMCC and ICF accreditations and 20+ years of practice.
A certificate of completion. A document confirming completion of the TeamCo Mentors programme, plus the groundwork for further international development.
Practice with a real mentee
You are not left alone with the theory. After the workshops we pair you with someone who wants to grow — you run a real mentoring process with them, under a supervisor’s eye. It is the only programme of its kind in the Polish Salesforce ecosystem.
Four workshops, practice with a mentee and full supervision
All workshops online, 10:30–15:00. After initial preparation you work with a real mentee, and the whole thing is rounded off by a cycle of supervision and a closing ceremony.
