Salesforce Ecosystem Poland survey: 400 Trailblazers

400 Trailblazers have taken part in the anonymous Salesforce Ecosystem survey in Poland. It's a milestone worth a plain thank-you: every person who spent a few minutes on the form pushed the picture of the Polish market a little closer to reality.

400 is a number with weight

Trailblazer is the official name for a member of the Salesforce community — admins, developers, consultants, architects and everyone still learning the ropes; the community and its learning platform share that same name on Trailhead. 400 of them answering the same anonymous questions is not a marketing figure. It's 400 real perspectives on skills, pay and working conditions in one place, gathered as part of the Salesforce Ecosystem Poland survey 2026 by the time this post was published on 9 February 2026.

Your voice actually moves the needle

It's easy to assume one more response won't change anything. The opposite is true. Each answer sharpens the averages, fills a gap in the charts and makes the final report harder to argue with. Your voice really does have an impact on how the ecosystem looks and where it's heading — the same community-survey approach that Salesforce itself relies on for its own market research.

A few minutes, no strings

The survey is anonymous by design. It takes only a few minutes, and it asks for your perspective, not your identity. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to sell you — just the community building an honest record of its own market.

How it went

We collected answers through to the end of April 2026, and the free report followed for the whole community. You can read more about the initiative on the study page, and the results live in the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland — that page, not this post, carries the current version of the data.

Frequently asked questions

Who counts as a Trailblazer here? Anyone working in or around the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland — from first-year admins to seasoned architects. The survey is open to the whole community.

Is the report really free? Yes. The TeamCo & Friends Foundation publishes the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland free for everyone. No paywall.

How is anonymity protected? The form doesn't collect identifying data, and we only work with aggregate results — never individual submissions.

The takeaway

400 answers is a strong start, and it grew from there. Together we're building a reliable picture of Salesforce in Poland — one honest response at a time. If you work in this ecosystem, the report exists to hand you facts where the market usually offers guesswork.
