Some events you simply attend. Others stay with you long after the last talk ends. Polish Dreamin' 26 was the second kind, so Fundacja TeamCo & Friends said thank you in a way nobody would forget: 40 gnomes circulated through the conference in March 2026.
The gnomes hidden in the crowd
Each gnome featured Nuts, the mascot of the Wrocław Salesforce User Group. Passing them from hand to hand became a small game inside the big event, and it was our quiet way of saying that we were part of the crowd, not just watching from the side.
The father of all gnomes
At the very end of the event, with a lot of help from Alexandra Klein, we pulled off a surprise. We presented Łukasz Bujło and Paulina Pytowska with the father of all gnomes, a thank-you for everything they pour into the community. Moments like that are hard to plan and even harder to forget.
More than an event
What this community has built goes far beyond a single conference. Through initiatives like Polish Dreamin', it has united the entire Salesforce ecosystem across Poland and helped put it on the global map. The energy, the people, the sense of belonging: it is something genuinely special. The vendor builds on the same mechanism through local groups in the Trailblazer Community, with the knowledge feeding back into Trailhead.
A small symbol, a big impact
The gnomes were tiny. The impact this community makes is anything but. They were a symbol of appreciation you can hold in your hand. If you want to see more of how we back the people who build this ecosystem, take a look at our initiatives and the mission of the TeamCo & Friends Foundation.
Jak było - how it went
Loud, warm and full of familiar faces. A room of Salesforce specialists, community leaders and first-timers spent a day proving that Polish Dreamin' is not just a date in a calendar: it is where the ecosystem meets itself. A huge thank you to Jarek Kotuła, who brought our slightly crazy gnome idea to life. We also talked there about the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland, built from the voices of this exact community.
