Salesforce report: why we delayed the premiere
The Salesforce report slipped by a few weeks and we said so plainly. Why we chose quality over the deadline, and what that choice means for the whole community.

450 Trailblazers had taken part in the anonymous Salesforce Ecosystem Survey Poland 2026, run by Fundacja TeamCo & Friends, by 11 March 2026. One figure stood out: 55.48% of them were completely new - people who hadn't answered the year before. For a community study, that kind of fresh blood is exactly what you want to see.
A Trailblazer is simply a member of the Salesforce community - an admin, developer, consultant or someone still finding their footing; that community has its formal home in the Trailblazer Community and its learning paths on Trailhead. When 55.48% of respondents are first-timers, it means the study is reaching beyond the usual circle. The picture of the market gets wider, and it gets more honest.
We rebuilt the questionnaire with our partner Webankieta so that answering it is no longer a chore. It now takes about 5 minutes. The questions are personalized - what you see next depends on what you answered before. And we cut the total number of questions, so you spend your time only on what's relevant to you.
New faces are great, but continuity is what turns a snapshot into a trend. If you took part in the first edition, your second answer is worth even more: it lets us see how the market moved, not just where it stands. That's the quiet ask behind every edition - come back, and the data gets sharper.
Once the survey closed, the answers went straight into work on the second edition of the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland - which, as always, we publish free for the community. You can read more on the study page, and the full findings live in the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland. The same answers produced the map of the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland.
How long does the survey take? About 5 minutes. We shortened it deliberately and made the questions adapt to your answers, so you skip anything that doesn't apply to you.
Why so many new participants this year? The Salesforce community in Poland keeps growing, and word travels. More than half of this edition's respondents were answering for the first time.
Is the report paid? No. The Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland is published free for the whole community by the TeamCo & Friends Foundation.
A study is only as good as the people behind it. 450 Trailblazers - more than half of them new - is proof the Polish Salesforce community wants an honest mirror of its own market. If you work in this ecosystem, the report is built from exactly these voices, and it's yours to use.
