Salesforce report: why we delayed the premiere
The Salesforce report slipped by a few weeks and we said so plainly. Why we chose quality over the deadline, and what that choice means for the whole community.

By 29 January 2026, more than 330 Trailblazers from Poland had filled in the anonymous survey for the 2026 edition of the Salesforce Ecosystem Survey Poland, run by Fundacja TeamCo & Friends. That's not a vanity metric. Every completed form is one more data point that turns market rumor into something you can actually check.
A report is only as strong as the community standing behind it. When hundreds of specialists - admins, developers, consultants, architects and marketers, the people you meet in the Trailblazer Community and who hold Salesforce certifications - take five minutes to answer honestly, the result stops being an opinion and starts being evidence. Numbers like this are what let us describe the Polish Salesforce market as it really is, not as anyone wishes it looked.
The survey was anonymous by design. People tell the truth about pay, working conditions and pressure to return to the office only when no name is attached to the answer. That honesty is the whole point of the study, and it's why the findings can back a real career conversation instead of a hallway guess.
The responses fed directly into the report, which we published free for the entire community. No paywall, no lead form. The idea was simple: the people who built the data should be the first to benefit from it. You can read the findings in the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland, learn how the study is run, and see one finding unpacked in one in two Salesforce specialists in Poland works for a partner.
Among the participants we also ran a contest, giving away unique TeamCo hoodies with an NFT tag, with the first winners drawn early in February. It was a light way to say thank you for the time people gave. The real reward, though, is a market that finally argues with facts instead of hunches.
