Salesforce report: why we delayed the premiere
The Salesforce report slipped by a few weeks and we said so plainly. Why we chose quality over the deadline, and what that choice means for the whole community.

One edition shows a state, two show a direction, and that is exactly how Adam Barański of Craftware summed it up after reading the second edition of the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026. A year earlier, after the first edition, he wrote that he had seen the Polish Salesforce community as a whole for the first time. This year he added an observation a level up: a single study is a snapshot, two consecutive studies are a trend.
The difference is not rhetorical. A single result can be interpreted any way, because there is no reference point. Two results with the same methodology show which way the market is moving, and make it possible to tell a lasting phenomenon from a one-off reading. The Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026 is based on 585 fully completed surveys and is the first moment when the Polish Salesforce ecosystem can be discussed in terms of change, not state.
Adam Barański reads the data as the picture of a maturing market, and points to three signs of that process. People stay with an employer longer. Salary expectations become more realistic. Alongside technical competence, business, product and architectural competence is growing.
The third point is the most interesting, because it describes a change in the definition of the profession. A Salesforce specialist stops being the person who knows where to click, and becomes the person who understands why a company's process looks the way it does. The Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026 shows this direction in the certification data too: 90.73% of respondents hold at least one certificate, and more than 65% hold at least four, so product knowledge alone has stopped differentiating anyone.
Maturing has its price, though, and the report shows it. The share of juniors fell from 13.66% to 5.85% in twelve months. A market made of experienced practitioners delivers projects and keeps quality high, while at the same time it stops producing its own successors.
Adam Barański calls that difference the most important task of the coming years, and it is worth seeing why it is not a contradiction in the data. According to the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026, 86.8% of specialists use AI tools daily, while 45.4% declare readiness to work with Agentforce.
Daily AI use today most often means working with an assistant: a question, a hint, writing something faster that still has to be checked. Readiness for Agentforce means something else entirely, namely handing a fragment of a production process to an agent, with responsibility for the outcome. The distance between those two situations is not about the tool, but about trust, procedures and the ability to verify.
The space between "we use it" and "we feel ready" is therefore a measurable training task for the whole ecosystem. Adam Barański views it with optimism, and justifies that concretely: the ecosystem is made of people who respond to uncertainty by learning, not by withdrawing. The learning paths on AI and Agentforce are run by Trailhead, so the barrier to entry is not financial but organisational.
Adam Barański wrote that the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland is becoming the industry's shared memory, and that sentence describes a function the Polish Salesforce ecosystem did not previously have. Without a study, every conversation about the market rests on impressions: someone heard, someone saw at their own place, someone knows two cases. With a study, the conversation starts from a shared number.
The practical consequence is visible immediately. A company planning a team, a candidate negotiating a salary, a meetup organiser choosing a topic, and Fundacja TeamCo & Friends planning a mentoring programme all draw on the same set of data. The disappearance of juniors stops being someone's opinion and becomes the figure 5.85%, which can be argued about but cannot be ignored.
All of Fundacja TeamCo & Friends' studies are available in the Survey section. Fundacja TeamCo & Friends thanks Adam Barański and Craftware for supporting this edition.
Companies in the Polish Salesforce ecosystem get three decisions to make from this report before the year is out. The first concerns juniors: with a 5.85% share, recruiting only experienced practitioners stops being a strategy and becomes a bidding war over the same shrinking group of people.
The second decision concerns AI. Since 86.8% of the team already uses AI tools daily, the absence of company rules does not mean the absence of AI in projects, it means AI without oversight. The difference between those two situations reveals itself at the first production incident.
The third decision concerns the competences Adam Barański names as growing: business, product and architectural. Recruitment that measures only knowledge of configuration misses exactly the area where the market is moving, because everyone learns configuration today, and almost nobody teaches business context in a structured way.
The Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026 describes the declarations of 585 people, and that is at once its strength and its limit. The study shows how many specialists feel ready for Agentforce, but it does not measure the number of Agentforce deployments on the Polish market. Likewise, the reading of longer retention with an employer is an interpretation of survey data, not an extract from HR systems.
Fundacja TeamCo & Friends states that limit plainly, because the report is meant to be a reference point in conversations about the market, and a reference point loses its value the moment it starts promising more than it measured.
