TeamCo Mentors launches: a structured mentoring programme for experienced Salesforce practitioners

What is TeamCo Mentors?

TeamCo Mentors is a paid, structured mentoring programme for experienced Salesforce practitioners, launched by Fundacja TeamCo & Friends with a first cohort of 12 places starting on 21 October 2026. Participants receive four online workshops in groups of 8 to 12 people, a mentee matched by the foundation, six one-to-one sessions with that mentee, group and individual supervision, a certificate, and a foundation for EMCC mentor accreditation.

Why does the Polish Salesforce ecosystem need a mentoring programme now?

Juniors make up 5.85% of the Polish Salesforce ecosystem, down from 13.66% a year earlier, according to the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland 2026 (585 fully completed surveys). The people who do support beginners usually do it after hours and without any method, which is neither scalable nor fair to the mentor.

TeamCo Mentors addresses the second half of that problem. Mentoring in the Polish Salesforce market is not missing goodwill; it is missing structure, supervision and a way to say that somebody has actually been trained to do it.

Who runs the programme?

The programme is led by Andrzej Cieplak, EMCC Master Practitioner, and Joanna Grela, ICF Master Certified Coach, each with more than 20 years of practice. Both work with the participants across the workshops and the supervision, so the mentoring skills are taught and then reviewed in real cases, not delivered as a lecture.

How to join

Applications and full programme details are available on the TeamCo Mentors programme page. The programme is paid, aimed at practitioners, limited to 12 places, with early bird pricing until 15 September 2026 and a start date of 21 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Who is TeamCo Mentors for?

Experienced Salesforce practitioners who want to mentor with method. The programme is not an entry-level course in Salesforce.

Does a participant have to find their own mentee?

No. Fundacja TeamCo & Friends matches each participant with a mentee, and six one-to-one sessions with that person are part of the programme.

Is the certificate recognised?

The programme ends with a certificate and is built as a foundation towards EMCC mentor accreditation, which remains a separate process run by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
