Salesforce Ecosystem Report: The Second Edition Begins

Salesforce Ecosystem Report: The Second Edition Begins

Do you know where the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland is really heading - and who actually shapes it? That question is why Fundacja TeamCo & Friends launched the second edition of the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland in December 2025. It is an initiative built together with the community: consultants, developers, architects, team leaders, and the companies that build this market every day.

What the first edition taught us

The first edition captured an important moment for Polish Salesforce. It gave the community a shared reference point where there had mostly been guesswork. It also showed us where the picture was still thin - the questions we did not ask, the nuances a single edition could not hold. That is the honest starting point for edition two.

Deeper, wider, more practical

This time we are going a step further in three directions. Deeper: better questions that get past the surface. Wider: more voices from more corners of the ecosystem, not just the loudest ones. More practical: findings you can actually use - in a hiring plan, a raise conversation, or a decision about where to take your career next, including which of the Salesforce certifications to go for.

Made with the community, not about it

A report about the ecosystem only carries weight when the ecosystem builds it. That is the difference between research and a press release. The second edition is shaped by the people who work in Salesforce and the firms that hire them - which is exactly what makes the data worth trusting. You can read more about the initiative on the study page and about the mission behind it on the Fundacja TeamCo & Friends page. The ecosystem we ask about is described by the vendor on Salesforce.

Why your voice matters

Every response widens the picture and sharpens the average. Fewer voices mean a blurrier report; more voices mean data that genuinely reflects the market. If you work in Salesforce or hire Salesforce specialists, your perspective is part of the story the report tells - and the results land in the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland.

Frequently asked questions

What is different about the second edition? It goes deeper into the questions, wider across the ecosystem, and further toward practical, usable findings than the first edition did.

Who is it for? For everyone in the Polish Salesforce ecosystem - consultants, developers, architects, team leaders - and the companies that employ them.

Where can I follow the results? On the report page, with background on the initiative on the study page.

The takeaway

A market understands itself only as well as it is willing to measure itself. The second edition of the report is the community's chance to do that with more depth and more honesty than before - and the picture is only as complete as the number of people who help build it.
