DataFam Warszawa meetup: how the evening went

We love data. That is the short version. The longer version is that the whole TeamCo & Friends crew made its way to Warsaw for the DataFam meetup, hosted by the Poland Tableau User Group at the beautiful BNP Paribas Bank Polska headquarters. It happened in February 2026, and Fundacja TeamCo & Friends came to talk about the Salesforce Ecosystem Survey Poland 2026.

A room built for data people

The meetup was organized by Agata Mezynska and Dominik Niekurzak, and the setting matched the ambition - a proper venue, a full room, and the kind of crowd that gets genuinely excited about dashboards. It is a good reminder that behind every strong community there are a few people quietly doing the work.

Two talks worth the trip

Agnieszka Mroczek walked us through the UX of dashboards and how to design the conditions in which people read data the right way. It is the difference between a chart that looks nice and a chart that actually helps someone decide.

Maciej Filipiak took a more playful angle: how to hack a Tableau XML file using AI - and, more importantly, why you would want to. It was a reminder that you do not need to be a developer to bend a tool to your needs.

More than slides

A good meetup is not only about the agenda. There was pizza, there was a lottery, and there was time to actually talk to people. Those side conversations are where a lot of the real value lives.

What we brought to the table

From our side, we came to talk about the study of the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland - and to run a small contest, giving away two Salesforce exam vouchers to attendees.
