Some conversations are worth having in the open. In collaboration with Craftware, Fundacja TeamCo & Friends hosted a LinkedIn Live in August 2025 about the Salesforce ecosystem in Poland, right after the first edition of the Salesforce Ecosystem Report Poland - and the response showed how much the community wanted the conversation.
Why we went live
The session followed the publication of the first-ever community-led, comprehensive report on the state of the Salesforce talent ecosystem in Poland. A report like that raises as many questions as it answers, so instead of letting the findings sit on a page, we brought them into a live conversation where people could react in real time.
Who was in the room
Phillip Poynton hosted the discussion together with Adam Barański, Łukasz Chęciński and Weronika Tołłoczko-Żagan from Craftware. It was a mix of perspectives - foundation and partner, research and day-to-day practice - which is exactly the kind of pairing that keeps a conversation honest.
What the talk was about
The group shared observations on the current state of Salesforce talent in Poland: where the skills are, where the gaps are, and how the market is really behaving beneath the headlines. The goal was not to sell a narrative but to look at the ecosystem as it is, using the report as a shared reference point.
The value of doing it together
Doing this alongside a partner like Craftware mattered. A single voice can describe a market; several voices, comparing notes in public, can pressure-test it. That is closer to how the Polish Salesforce ecosystem actually works - collaborative, opinionated, and better when it talks to itself, including day to day in the Trailblazer Community. The takeaway
The best thing about a live conversation is that it treats the audience as participants, not spectators. That is the spirit we want around the Polish Salesforce ecosystem: open questions, honest answers, and a report that people actually talk about. If you missed it, the report is still the best place to start.
