When, on November 21, 2024, during the official opening of the Salesforce User Group Lublin, we announced our initiative and shared the survey, we did not expect such a huge response. We were hoping for 400 responses, but in the end as many as 1,003 people started filling out the survey, with 728 completing it. This shows how strong and engaged the Salesforce community in Poland is. We concluded the survey on April 30, 2025.

Never before in the history of Salesforce in Poland has there been such a comprehensive and hard data-based source of knowledge. We are proud to put into your hands the first Salesforce Ecosystem Report 2025 in Poland, created on the basis of anonymous surveys of Trailblazers from all over the country.

Learn about the reasons for the report, how the data was collected, the methodology used, our partners and sponsors, and details about its publication and language versions.

The Salesforce Ecosystem Report in Poland 2025 was created to present, for the first time in history, a comprehensive, data-driven picture of the Salesforce community in Poland. Its goal was to understand who Polish Salesforce professionals are, how they work, what experiences, needs, and aspirations they have. The report gives a voice to the community, shows its condition and identity, and identifies key trends and challenges — such as the rising barrier to entry into the industry, financial expectations, the need for professional development, and mobility in the job market. It is a tool that supports the further development of the Salesforce ecosystem — for specialists, employers, implementation partners, and educators — making it easier to make informed decisions and promoting openness, diversity, and accessibility within the industry.

The study on which the Salesforce Ecosystem Report in Poland 2025 is based was organised by our team from the TeamCo & Friends Foundation. We were responsible for preparing the survey, promoting the study, analysing the results, and compiling the report.

We launched the process on November 21, 2024, and concluded it on April 30, 2025. Over several months, we visited nearly all active Salesforce community groups in Poland — from Warsaw, through Wrocław, Lublin and Kraków, to Poznań and Gdańsk. We promoted the study during meetups, on social media, and in direct conversations — always guided by the principles of openness, accessibility, and honesty.

We did not expect such a strong response—we hoped for 400 responses, but ultimately as many as 1,003 people started filling out the survey, with 728 completing it. This demonstrates how strong and engaged the Salesforce community in Poland is.

Thanks to our cooperation with our Technology Partner Webankieta we were confident about the security, anonymity, and quality of the collected data. We carried out all stages independently—with the entire community and its further development in mind.

The Salesforce Ecosystem Report in Poland 2025 was based on a quantitative survey conducted among Salesforce specialists in Poland between November 21, 2024, and April 30, 2025. The study included 728 respondents, and the questionnaire consisted of 62 questions covering, among others, professional experience, salaries, career paths, satisfaction, and development plans.

For analysis, we included only responses that were sufficiently complete and logically consistent. Some questions were closed-ended, others were semi-open or rated on a scale from 0 to 10. For salary data, we used median analysis broken down by experience level.

The study was conducted anonymously, in accordance with research ethics and with full confidentiality. The collected data does not allow for the identification of survey participants.
